DEPAZIDE GM1 is a triple combination antidiabetic formulation designed to provide effective glycemic control in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). It combines three complementary mechanisms of action — improving insulin sensitivity, enhancing insulin secretion, and promoting glucose excretion — to achieve optimal blood sugar management
Dapagliflozin: A SGLT2 inhibitor that lowers blood glucose by promoting urinary glucose excretion through the kidneys.
Glimepiride: A sulfonylurea derivative that stimulates pancreatic β-cells to release insulin.
Metformin (SR): A biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production and improves peripheral glucose uptake and utilization.
